AUTHOR GUIDELINES
Authors are expected to follow the guidelines prescribed by while submitting their manuscripts for publication. The submitted manuscript must be an original and unpublished work, and it should not be simultaneously submitted or under consideration for publication in any other journal, conference proceeding, or publishing platform.
If authors intend to reproduce or include any part of their previously published articles or conference papers, they must obtain and submit a permission letter from the respective publisher or conference organizer at the time of submission. Authors are solely responsible for the originality of the manuscript, the accuracy of the data presented, and the correctness of all references and citations included in the paper.
All new submissions are encouraged to follow the APA formatting style for manuscript preparation. Authors may refer to the APA Publication Manual (6th Edition) for detailed guidelines regarding formatting and referencing standards. At the same time, authors are given the flexibility to adopt suitable research designs and presentation styles based on the nature and scope of their study. Manuscripts should be prepared in a clear, organized, and reader-friendly manner to ensure effective academic communication.
Each manuscript must contain an abstract of approximately 250 words summarizing the objectives, methodology, findings, and conclusions of the study. In addition, authors are required to provide 4 to 7 relevant keywords that appropriately reflect the main themes and subject areas of the manuscript.
Points to Remember
- ESSENTIAL TITLE PAGE INFORMATION
Title Page:
The title page should contain the following information:- Title of the article
- Complete name(s) of author(s)
- Institutional affiliation(s) with proper email ID
- Mailing address
- Mobile Number
- A well-summarized abstract of 100 to 200 words
- Manuscripts should not exceed 20 pages in A4 format.
- Font style should be Times New Roman, size 12 pt, with 1.5 line spacing.
- If tables or figures are large in size, they should be placed at the end of the manuscript, and authors may use landscape orientation if necessary.
- If footnotes are used, they should be placed at the end of the document.
- Authors are advised to submit manuscripts free from plagiarism.
- The contents/views expressed in the manuscript should not hurt any individual’s or community’s sentiments.
Abstract
A concise and factual abstract is required. The abstract should briefly state the purpose of the research, the principal findings, and the major conclusions of the study. Since the abstract is often presented separately from the main article, it should be able to stand alone and clearly convey the essence of the paper. Therefore, references should generally be avoided in the abstract; however, if necessary, only the author name(s) and year(s) should be cited. In addition, non-standard or uncommon abbreviations should be avoided to ensure clarity and readability.
Keywords: Manuscripts should contain at least 4 to 7 keywords.
Body of the Manuscript
The body of the manuscript may follow any suitable style or structure based on the nature of the research and the interest of the researcher. At the same time, authors are expected to include certain essential components in the manuscript, such as the statement of the problem, significance of the study, objectives of the research, a minimum of 10 review of literature sources without repetition, period of study, research methodology, hypotheses, results and findings, implications of the study, and conclusion.
References
References should be arranged alphabetically and, where necessary, further organized chronologically. Manuscripts related to Engineering and Technology are advised to follow the IEEE referencing style, while manuscripts from other disciplines are expected to follow the APA referencing style.
